We're Hiring: Operations Manager
Easy Sails is a leading company in Cyprus & Israel's yachting scene – offering yacht sales, management, brokerage, and sailmaking services. We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Operations Manager to help us run smooth and efficient day-to-day operation.
Main Responsibilities
Client Communication
Providing updates, responding to inquiries, and keeping clients satisfied.
Shipment Management
Planning and coordinating deliveries to ensure they arrive on time and within budget
Cost & Expense Tracking
Monitoring expenses across projects and ensuring proper client billing.
Finances
Invoice Issuance, accounting Coordination,
Debtors Control
Filing & Documentation
Keeping all paperwork digital physical organized and accessible.
Event Planning
Helping organize and run events for clients, partners, and crew.
Office Management
Keeping the office well-stocked, organized, running smoothly.
💡 What We're Looking For
We value people who are organized, solution-oriented,and love bringing order to chaos.
✔ Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
✔ Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with ease
✔ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
✔ Self-organized and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
✔ Must have a valid driver’s license.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
✔ Experience in logistics, accounting coordination, and event planning is preferred.
✔ Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
