We have always known that owning a yacht alone is a great privilege. But as someone who has personally owned a yacht outright for more than 30 years, I can attest that I have often admired friends who managed to share ownership of a yacht in a way that truly works. Some of them, united by their love of the sea and sailing, even became lifelong friends, and as we all know, that is something money can’t buy.
I would be happy to share the burden of responsibility, and of course, the financial one. I would love to make bigger plans for voyages that go above and beyond, without everything falling solely on me.
I dream of sailing to the far side of the Mediterranean, perhaps across the ocean, or even into the magnificent fjords of Norway. With partners, everything becomes simpler, everything becomes possible! I’ll take one leg, my partner another…
And why not co-own a luxurious yacht: bigger, newer, and more magnificent, hosting family and friends, setting off on adventures in Cyprus, Greece, and beyond? Why not? It would cost us less, and we would all gain much more: a yacht that is newer, grander, more advanced, well-maintained, and significantly larger, all within a budget that suits us.

What is Easy Flex?
EASY FLEX is all about flexibility.
It is a platform that allows you to become a partial owner of a luxurious, fully equipped, brand-new, and spacious yacht so you can maximize your passion for the sea.
And what does the program actually include?
Co-ownership of a yacht with partners can be both rewarding and cost-effective. EasyFlex is a smart partnership program that enables you to acquire a minimum of 20% ownership in a luxury yacht, while enjoying it with the full professional management and care of the Easy Sails experts.

How do I connect with partners on my yacht?
The yachts offered in the EasyFlex program are leading models in their class, fully equipped with everything you could imagine for maximum enjoyment. They are currently under construction at renowned shipyards across Europe.
We offer them for sale in shares, with a minimum ownership of 20%.
The program is promoted within the sailing community, and interested sailors are invited to contact us. We’ll meet, talk, and if there’s a good connection, we’ll move forward together.
Each yacht will have no more than five partners, with no one holding less than 20%. However, partners may certainly hold larger shares if they wish.

Am I truly an owner of the yacht?
Absolutely! We provide a full partnership protocol, including a detailed agreement outlining the rights and responsibilities of each partner according to their share.
A dedicated company will be established for the partnership, and you will be a registered shareholder, a legal co-owner of the yacht.

Who manages the yacht?
Easy Sails will manage the yacht in all aspects during the first year. This includes the partnership management and anything you request from us, the planning and coordination of sailing, route preparations, and marina bookings, crew, skipper, hosts, and all logistics needed for a perfect holiday.

What are the advantages of EasyFlex? Why not just team up with a few partners on my own?
EasyFlex is a platform designed to promote the yacht co-ownership model. From our perspective, any path that helps you find partners and fulfill the dream of owning a better, larger, and more advanced yacht, we fully support it! We will gladly help, guide, and share all of our knowledge and experience with you, just as if you had purchased through us. This has always been our way, and it will remain so.

If I want to sell my share in the future, what are my options?
Very simple. You can, of course, sell it yourself, or we will be more than happy to help you with that. In practice, you will sell your share in the company at its relative value, and the new partner will take your place.
