Auction Terms & Conditions

Inspection Period

The yacht will be available for inspection by prior appointment only from 1 June 2026 through 1 August 2026.

Submission of Bids

Written offers must be submitted no later than 1 August 2026 at 12:00 PM.

Each offer shall include:

Telephone number
Email address
Offer amount in Euro (€)

Reserve Price

The Reserve Price for the yacht is EUR 30,000.

Offers below this amount will not be considered.

Selection of the Successful Bidder

The successful bidder shall be the party submitting the highest offer received by the submission deadline, subject to the Seller's approval.

Notification of the successful bidder will be provided no later than 3 August 2026.

Completion of Sale

The successful bidder shall execute a Sale and Purchase Agreement and remit the full purchase price within seven (7) business days of receiving notification of award.

Should the successful bidder fail to complete the transaction within the required timeframe, the Seller reserves the right to approach the next highest bidder or cancel the sale process at its sole discretion.

Seller's Rights

The Seller reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to:

Reject any or all offers.
Cancel the auction process at any time.
Enter into negotiations with one or more bidders.
Decline to sell the yacht, even if bids meeting the auction requirements have been received.

Condition of Sale

The yacht is offered and sold strictly on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis.

Each bidder is solely responsible for conducting any inspections, surveys, investigations, or due diligence deemed necessary prior to submitting an offer.

The Seller makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the condition, suitability, seaworthiness, equipment, or fitness for any particular purpose of the yacht.

Included Equipment

A detailed inventory of sails, equipment, and accessories included in the sale will be made available to interested parties and shall form an integral part of the auction documentation.
