The Grand Soleil 40 is a true performance cruiser with outstanding maneuverability and livability. She delivers speed combined with generous and cleverly designed living space and is elegantly furnished below.

The hull and deck are built in a sandwich of closed cell foam and vinylester resin in the first layers. Further reinforcements are positioned in high stress areas. An internal grid of galvanised steel is glued with acrylic glue and bonded to the hull. This grid absorbs the load of the keel mast and shrouds.

The boat has 3 cabins, a very comfortable full-size shower and toilet room and an additional toilet room. She is fitted with a Volvo Penta 40 HP engine with S-drive.

The boat is equipped to be either a convenient cruiser or a fast racer.

History:

Ghost has been with a single owner since purchased from the factory ownership, she is regularly maintained and used by the owner. The ghost can be comfortable configured equipped for both Racing and Cruising.

In August 2019 it went through a refit. The refit included changing the Paint works, Polish/Wax, Mast Base, Change of Seacocks, Electrical works, Wood works, and mechanical works.
